The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff who even left a thoughtful card and gift in our room ahead of our wedding. The location was perfect for exploring London, being right off Oxford Road, although it could get a bit crowded when leaving the Underground. The dining experience was exceptional, complemented by a remarkable breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
